Pereira Ruimwyk Enterprises LLC

Pereira Ruimwyk Enterprises LLC is a strategic advisory firm focused on the oil, gas, and broader energy sector, providing high-level guidance, deal facilitation, and market access across complex international environments—particularly between the United States and Latin America.

Led by a former CEO of CITGO with over 35 years of industry experience, the firm advises companies, investors, and trading entities on how to navigate evolving regulatory frameworks, structure transactions, and identify commercially viable opportunities across the energy value chain.

A core area of expertise is cross-border advisory and market entry, especially in emerging and transitional markets such as Venezuela. The firm supports U.S. and international companies seeking compliant entry strategies, as well as local operators looking to establish partnerships with global players. This includes structuring joint ventures, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring strategic positioning under OFAC and international compliance standards.

Pereira Ruimwyk Enterprises also plays a key role in connecting vetted buyers and sellers within the energy and commodities space. The firm facilitates introductions, supports negotiations, and helps structure transactions involving crude oil, natural gas, gasoline, diesel, Jet A1, petcoke, and sulfur. Its strength lies in leveraging a trusted network of producers, refiners, traders, and service providers to accelerate deal flow while maintaining transparency and risk awareness.

Additionally, the firm provides strategic advisory across the full oil and gas spectrum, including upstream, midstream, and downstream operations. This includes supporting clients in developing business cases, investment strategies, and operational frameworks for energy projects. Through this integrated approach, Pereira Ruimwyk Enterprises enables clients to move from opportunity identification to execution with clarity, discipline, and confidence in highly dynamic energy markets..
